My career in education began after completing my Post Graduate Certificate in Early Years, which provided me with valuable experience working in schools, nurseries, and private family settings. This hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of the sector, leading me to transition into the field of education recruitment.

With over a decade of experience in education recruitment, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with nurseries, schools, and educational professionals, gaining invaluable insight into their unique challenges and requirements. This expertise enables me to connect the right candidates with the right opportunities, ensuring the best outcomes for both clients and professionals. My commitment lies in supporting and guiding education professionals throughout their careers, helping them find roles where they can truly thrive.

  Hello, I'm James, the Founder and Director of Insight Recruitment Group. Following a fulfilling career in the MET Police, I made the decision to pursue a profession that allowed me to spend more time with my family. As fate would have it, I found myself drawn to the world of recruitment, and it's been an immensely rewarding journey ever since.

In my role at Insight Education, I wear many hats, focusing my time on all aspects of the business and providing support to Claire and the Education Team. I take great pride in my ability to cultivate lasting relationships with both candidates and clients alike.

 Hello, I'm Kerry, the Candidate Manager at Insight Education. With thirteen years of experience in education, primarily in early years and primary phases, I truly understand the journey of the candidates I have the pleasure of supporting.

During my time in education, I completed a Master's in Education and an NPQ in Leading Teacher Development. In the last four years of my teaching career, I served as an Assistant Head Teacher before taking time to welcome my two children in 2022 and 2024.
